Joby Aviation has announced plans to acquire Blade Air Mobility’s passenger business for up to $125 million, including $35 million tied to certain performance milestones and retention of some key employees. As far as available reports, only Blade’s Air mobility passenger business is up for grabs. Its medical organ transplant division is exempt.
