These newly issued shares are scheduled to begin trading on July 14, leading to an approximate 5.46% dilution for existing shareholders. Concurrently, the firm substantially expanded its cryptocurrency reserves by acquiring an additional 226.42 Bitcoin on July 7.
This strategic acquisition elevates The Smarter Web Company’s total Bitcoin holdings to 1,000 BTC, underscoring its deliberate focus on strengthening digital asset investments within its portfolio strategy.
