Trump Media Files with SEC for Dual-Cryptocurrency ETF on NYSE Arca

Trump Media and Technology Group Corp has taken steps to introduce a novel exchange-traded fund (ETF) offering exposure to the two largest cryptocurrencies.

The company submitted a Form 19b-4 to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission seeking approval to list the ‘Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF’ on the NYSE Arca exchange. The proposed ETF is structured as a commodity-based trust.

Yorkville America Digital is named as the sponsor in the filing. The fund proposes a specific asset allocation strategy, aiming for 75% invested in Bitcoin and 25% in Ethereum.

Custody of the underlying digital assets, execution services, and ancillary activities like staking and liquidity provision will be managed by Foris DAX Trust Company, an affiliate platform associated with Crypto.com.

The SEC review process for such filings is typically lengthy, potentially lasting up to 240 days. Decisions regarding pending applications for Bitcoin-only spot ETFs are anticipated by early 2026.

This initiative signals a response to increasing U.S. investor demand for regulated instruments providing access to cryptocurrency markets. If approved, the ETF would offer a simplified path for exposure to Bitcoin and Ethereum simultaneously.
