Shiba Inu developer Kaal Dhairya has proposed a fundamental governance shift, advocating for transferring control of key project assets to the community via SHIB DAO and the Shib Foundation. This move aims to decentralize decision-making power in the ecosystem.
The Doggy DAO framework would serve as the governance backbone, enabling SHIB token holders to participate in project decisions and mitigate centralized control risks. Community voting mechanisms are central to this transition, empowering users to guide future development.
Simultaneously, the team has launched the Shiba Inu Alpha Layer block explorer, providing real-time transaction monitoring and enhanced transparency within the Shibarium ecosystem. This Layer-3 infrastructure is engineered to optimize network scalability and privacy features.
Positioned as a competitive Layer-3 solution, the Alpha Layer upgrade seeks to strengthen Shiba Inu‘s technical infrastructure. Combined with the DAO proposal, these initiatives focus on granting users greater influence over the project’s trajectory while improving blockchain performance.
