SharpLink Gaming has become the largest corporate holder of Ethereum (ETH), surpassing the Ethereum Foundation. This shift occurs alongside a broader institutional surge, with the top 10 firms now collectively holding 1.6 million ETH worth approximately $5 billion.
SharpLink significantly expanded its position with 280,600 ETH ($885.9 million) after boosting holdings by 59.19% in 30 days. Meanwhile, the Ethereum Foundation now holds 241,500 ETH ($762.4 million), reflecting a 6.91% reduction. Other notable players show diverging trends: Bit Digital increased ETH holdings by 264.20% and BTCS Inc. grew by 135.95%, whereas Ethereum Name Service (ENS) reduced its stake by 17.79%.
This unprecedented corporate accumulation signals Ethereum’s expanding institutional appeal beyond traditional cryptocurrency usage.
