Ripple and Ctrl Alt Partner to Tokenize Dubai Real Estate on XRP Ledger

Ripple and blockchain solutions provider Ctrl Alt have announced a collaboration to tokenize Dubai real estate titles on the XRP Ledger. This initiative aims to enhance transparency, liquidity, and regulatory compliance in the Middle East’s property market.

The Dubai Land Department is adopting blockchain technology to tokenize real estate assets, utilizing the XRP Ledger for accelerated transaction processing and improved transparency. Ctrl Alt’s acquisition of a Virtual Asset Service Provider license from the Dubai Financial Services Authority enables the legal issuance of tokenized assets, strengthening investor confidence in the ecosystem.

Ripple’s existing regulatory licenses and approval to utilize the RLUSD stablecoin within the Dubai International Financial Centre support the emirate’s ambition to become a global digital finance hub. The project targets Dubai’s $277 billion real estate sector by enabling fractional ownership and secondary market trading, establishing new benchmarks for transactional efficiency and liquidity.
