Jetking Approves ₹115 Million Funding to Expand Bitcoin Reserves

Indian IT training institute Jetking Infotrain Ltd. has approved a private placement valued at ₹115 million (approximately $1.38 million). The company intends to issue 460,000 common equity shares, each priced at ₹250, to raise the capital.

The share price of ₹250 consists of a face value of ₹10 per share and a premium of ₹240 per share. This strategic funding move complies fully with the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s (SEBI) ICDR Regulations 2018 and the Companies Act 2013.

Jetking plans to allocate the proceeds from the private placement towards scaling its Bitcoin asset reserves. The investment aims to strengthen its cryptocurrency holding position within the company’s treasury strategy.

Additionally, the funds are earmarked to support critical operational functions. This includes enhancing skill development initiatives within its training programs and improving overall operational efficiency across the organization. The capital raise underscores Jetking’s commitment to integrating digital assets with its core business operations.
