Blockchain analytics firm Arkham has reported that Galaxy Digital executed a significant transfer of stablecoins, moving 80 million USDT from a centralized exchange into its proprietary holdings.
The funds were subsequently redirected to Coinbase via an intermediate wallet, highlighting sophisticated treasury management strategies.
This transaction follows earlier Bitcoin movements involving whale addresses, which deposited 18,343 BTC into Galaxy Digital’s reserve on the same day. Portions totaling 2,000 BTC were subsequently distributed to additional entities.
Collectively, these coordinated transfers indicate Galaxy Digital’s active strategic liquidity management across both stablecoin and Bitcoin holdings.
