Binance Removes Monitoring Tag from Zcash and Four Other Tokens, Announces Polygon Upgrade

Binance has removed the monitoring tag from privacy-focused cryptocurrency Zcash (ZEC) after a comprehensive review, signaling enhanced stability and regulatory compliance for the asset. The delisting extends to four additional tokens—Ethena (ENA), Pyth Network (PYTH), Bittensor (TAO), and W—freeing them from heightened exchange scrutiny.

Simultaneously, Binance disclosed plans for a temporary suspension of Polygon (POL) network deposits and withdrawals to accommodate an infrastructure upgrade. This maintenance aims to strengthen network integrity and safeguard user transactions during the transition period.

Ongoing evaluations of tokens including ENA, PYTH, TAO, and W will persist to ensure continued alignment with evolving market standards and regulatory frameworks. These measures exemplify Binance’s dual commitment to fostering cryptocurrency innovation while prioritizing platform security and compliance.
